Ombudsman Merci Gutierrez Resigns – sa wakas?

Today, Merci Gutierrez resigned as the boss of the Office of the Ombudsman. According to the news, she personally handed her resignation letter to President Aquino this morning and a formal press release will be given by 2:00 in the afternoon.
