Sir Kurt Sebio invited me and my family to join them in their weekend getaway - the destination, Kultura Resort at Pugo, La Union. From Baguio City, Kultura is around 1 hour travel. On the outside you can see that the resort is big and very colorful. The parking space is also laudable. The entrance fee is a little bit expensive. Vigan City is known to be the Heritage City of the North. I had the opportunity to visit the city's different tourist spots courtesy of my host Richard Soria. There are a lot of old houses scattered all over Vigan. At first, it seemed like every corner is the same because the old building structures are as tall as each other.
